These Terms govern your use of measureddog.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of Measured Dog products. The Site is operated by Refoamed sp. z o.o., Pasaż Ursynowski 11/78, 02-784 Warsaw, Poland (“Measured Dog”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy.

1. Our products

Measured Dog products are nutritional supplements for dogs. They are not veterinary medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is veterinary advice. If your dog is ill, pregnant, on medication, or has a diagnosed condition, talk to your veterinarian before starting any supplement. Results vary between dogs; the timelines we describe are typical observations from consistent daily use, not guarantees.

Our products are for dogs only. Not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to purchase from the Site.

3. Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock problems — and will refund any amount charged.
• Dosing information on the Site is based on the dog weight you enter. It is your responsibility to enter an accurate weight and to follow the label directions.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online, with immediate effect for any renewal not yet charged. Full details, including reminders, skipping and failed payments, are in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Refunds

Every product is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, whether or not the jar is opened. See our Refund Policy for how to claim it.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Reviews and customer content

Reviews and testimonials on the Site are from customers. They reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results. By submitting a review, photo or message to us you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it on the Site and in our marketing, with your first name and initial only, and you confirm it is truthful and your own.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, images, formulas, dosing tools and branding are owned by or licensed to Measured Dog. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them without written permission.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Except for the express guarantee in our Refund Policy, our products and the Site are provided “as is”, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Measured Dog’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Disputes

We would much rather fix a problem than argue about it — email hello@refoamed.com first and we will respond within 2 business days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the consumer protection laws of your state of residence continue to apply to you. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, or in the small-claims court of your county of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted; for subscriptions, material changes are emailed at least 30 days in advance.
